Everybody deserves good interpretation.
We all want to be able to express ourselves, to understand and be understood. In our opinion, no one should feel excluded because of a language barrier. We believe that interpretation is a decisive tool for equal opportunities, social justice and inclusion.
During our careers as conference interpreters, with a combined experience of more than 10,000 days, we have probably interpreted on most subjects that you can think of. We have worked for private companies and non-governmental organizations, as well as public institutions. We have interpreted heads of state, representatives of international organizations, famous artists and scientists, as well as minority groups whose voices had not been heard until then.

What can you expect?
Confidentiality, impartiality and reliability are essential in our business. These principles that guide us are set forth in the General Working Conditions of the country’s only national professional organization, the Conference Interpreters Association of Turkey, TKTD. An annex to our offer, this document sets out both your and our rights and responsibilities.
When you contact us, we decide on your interpretation needs together. Based on the date, languages and subject of your event or meeting, we select a team of interpreters for you. At the very beginning, in the quote tailored for your assignment, you will be able to see which interpreters have been assigned to you, and you can share with us any reservations you may have. Your final team of interpreters is always the team you have approved. As long as you are satisfied, we make a point of assigning the same interpreters to your meetings.
Your interpreters will prepare a list of terms by studying the presentations, speaking notes and documents that we ask you to share with us. Then, we forward the list to you so that you can make the necessary changes. This way, you can be sure that the terms and expressions you prefer will be used in your meeting.
After the assignment, our office team sends you a draft invoice covering the items to which you gave prior written consent in the quote. The team then requests a final confirmation.
